APS put a great emphasis on training , both for our staff and customers . Our engineers are regularly sent to training courseat Skidata HQ in Austria and our trainers have the expertise and enthusiasm to impart the relevant information in a structured and easily understandable way to our customers.
Our Service is truly country wide with engineering bases in Cork, Galway, Limerick, Londonderry, Omagh, Drogheda and our main service department in Bangor.
Our highly trained and dedicated team of Technical Support Engineers , Service Engineers and Customer Support staff provide a 24hr 7 day a week all Ireland Service .
The modern fleet of Service Vehicles are fully equipped with tools and componentry to insure a speedy resolution to any problem which may arise.

APS Company Policy is, not to sub contract our service and maintenance, therefore, all engineers are fully trained in our full product range and are controlled by our Service Co-ordinator from a central point, to insure a fast and effective response.
